Project Manager (Remote)

Key Responsibilities:*

1. *Project Planning and Management:*

– Lead the planning and execution of electrical projects, including new installations, upgrades, and maintenance.

– Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.

– Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and clients to define project requirements and ensure alignment with project goals.

– Monitor project progress and make necessary adjustments to stay on schedule and within budget.

2. *Design and Engineering:*

– Oversee the design and engineering of electrical systems to ensure they meet project specifications, codes, and standards.

– Review and approve design documents, including electrical schematics, layouts, and specifications.

– Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations and industry standards.

3. *Team Leadership:*

– Manage and mentor a team of electrical engineers, designers, and technicians.

– Assign tasks and responsibilities to team members and ensure their successful completion.

– Provide technical guidance and support to team members throughout the project lifecycle.

4. *Quality Control and Assurance:*

– Implement quality control processes to ensure the reliability and performance of electrical systems.

– Conduct regular inspections and tests of electrical installations during and after construction.

– Address any issues or deficiencies promptly to maintain high-quality standards.

5. *Client Relations:*

– Serve as the primary point of contact for clients regarding electrical project planning and implementation.

– Maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their satisfaction with project outcomes.

– Provide regular updates to clients on project status, milestones, and any issues that arise.

6. *Budget and Cost Control:*

– Develop and manage project budgets to ensure financial objectives are achieved.

– Identify cost-saving opportunities and implement them without compromising quality or safety.

– Prepare and present financial reports to senior management, highlighting project financial performance.

7. *Risk Management:*

– Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to minimize project disruptions.

– Ensure all safety protocols are followed and that electrical installations comply with safety regulations.

– Conduct risk assessments and implement corrective actions as needed.

8. *Continuous Improvement:*

– Stay updated with the latest advancements in electrical engineering and project management practices.

– Implement best practices and innovative solutions to improve project efficiency and outcomes.

– Participate in professional development opportunities and encourage team members to do the same.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹60,000.00 – ₹70,000.00 per month
