Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled Blockchain Developer to help design, develop, and maintain blockchain-based applications. In this role, you will work on cutting-edge projects, create decentralized solutions, and play a crucial role in shaping the future of blockchain technology at [Company Name].

Key Responsibilities:

• Blockchain Development: Design, develop, and deploy blockchain solutions, including smart contracts, decentralized applications (dApps), and protocols.
• Smart Contract Development: Write, test, and deploy smart contracts using blockchain platforms like Ethereum (Solidity), Binance Smart Chain, or others.
• Decentralized Application (dApp) Development: Develop and integrate frontend and backend components of dApps.
• Blockchain Architecture: Design and implement secure, scalable, and efficient blockchain architectures and protocols.
• Security: Implement robust security measures in blockchain applications, ensuring the integrity of decentralized solutions.
• Collaboration: Work with cross-functional teams including product managers, front-end developers, and data scientists to ensure the success of blockchain-based projects.
• Research and Innovation: Stay updated with the latest blockchain trends and technologies. Actively explore new solutions and improvements.
• Testing and Debugging: Ensure the accuracy and security of blockchain solutions by testing, debugging, and refining smart contracts and blockchain applications.
• Documentation: Maintain clear and concise documentation for blockchain applications, smart contracts, and APIs.

Requirements:

• Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
• Experience:
• 2 to 4 years experience in blockchain development with a focus on smart contracts and decentralized applications (dApps).
• Hands-on experience with blockchain platforms such as Ethereum, Hyperledger, Binance Smart Chain, Solana, Polkadot, or similar.

• Technical Skills:
• Proficiency in blockchain programming languages like Solidity, Rust, or Go.
• Strong understanding of cryptography and consensus algorithms (e.g., Proof of Work, Proof of Stake, etc.).
• Experience with smart contract frameworks (Truffle, Hardhat, Remix).
• Familiarity with decentralized storage solutions (IPFS, Filecoin, Arweave).
• Knowledge of front-end technologies such as JavaScript, React, or Vue.js is a plus.
• Experience with blockchain APIs, Web3.js, and other related libraries.
• Familiarity with databases (SQL/NoSQL) and cloud technologies.

• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work in a collaborative team environment.
• Passionate about blockchain technology and its transformative potential.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with Layer-2 scaling solutions (e.g., Polygon, Optimism).
• Familiarity with governance models in blockchain projects.
• Experience with developing and deploying on NFT and token-based ecosystems.
• Knowledge of enterprise blockchain solutions (e.g., Hyperledger Fabric, R3 Corda).
• Active contributor to blockchain open-source projects or a strong personal portfolio of blockchain-based projects.

Pay: ₹400,000.00 – ₹600,000.00 per year
