  Key Responsibilities:

  • SharePoint Development:
  • Design, develop, and implement custom SharePoint solutions, web parts, and workflows.
  • Create, configure, and maintain SharePoint sites, libraries, lists, and content types.
  • Customize SharePoint’s out-of-the-box features to meet business needs.
  • Customization and Integration:
  • Develop custom applications using SharePoint Framework (SPFx), HTML, CSS, JavaScript, jQuery, and other modern web technologies.
  • Integrate SharePoint with other Microsoft services (e.g., Power Automate, Power BI, Dynamics 365) and third-party systems.
  • Develop SharePoint-based solutions to automate business processes and workflows.
  • Maintenance and Support:
  • Troubleshoot and resolve SharePoint-related issues and provide end-user support.
  • Perform SharePoint system maintenance, upgrades, and patches.
  • Monitor system performance and ensure data security and compliance.
  • Collaboration and Documentation:
  • Work closely with business stakeholders and project teams to gather requirements and provide solutions that meet business objectives.
  • Document SharePoint configurations, customizations, and processes.
  • Migration and Upgrades:
  • Assist in SharePoint migration projects (e.g., from on-premise to SharePoint Online or from older SharePoint versions to the latest version).
  • Implement backup and disaster recovery strategies for SharePoint.

  Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Technical Skills:
  • Strong knowledge of SharePoint (SharePoint Online, SharePoint 2016/2019, etc.).
  • Proficiency in SharePoint Framework (SPFx), SharePoint Designer, InfoPath, and PowerShell scripting.
  • Experience with web technologies: HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, TypeScript, React, and jQuery.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate) for building no-code/low-code solutions.
  • Knowledge of SharePoint APIs (REST API, CSOM, JSOM).
  • Development Experience:
  • Proficient in C#, .NET Framework, and ASP.NET for SharePoint development.
  • Experience with Visual Studio, Git, and version control systems.
  • Soft Skills:
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Good communication skills to work with non-technical stakeholders.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

  Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Microsoft SharePoint certifications (e.g., Microsoft 365 Certified: Developer Associate).
  • Experience with SharePoint migration tools like Sharegate or Metalogix.
  • Familiarity with Azure, Microsoft Teams, and Office 365 services.

  Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Contractual / Temporary
  Contract length: 6-12 months

  Pay: ₹700,000.00 – ₹1,200,000.00 per year
