Senior Creative Producer Wfh (Remote)

We are seeking a Senior Creative Producer to join our dynamic team remotely. In this pivotal role, you will spearhead the production team in executing a diverse range of projects, encompassing brand, editorial, and product initiatives. Your expertise in budget management, negotiation, and stakeholder collaboration will be central to ensuring the success of each project while upholding our brand standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary production lead for all brand shoot productions and editorial projects, including photo and video shoots.
• Oversee the complete production process, from drafting budget estimates to managing logistics and shot lists.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure timely delivery of necessary products for shoot planning and update details as required.
• Facilitate budget oversight for all production and editorial projects, ensuring accurate processing of invoices and expense tracking.
• Liaise with the Finance team on monthly accrual submissions to ensure timely vendor payments.
• Partner with Legal to draft usage agreements and serve as the contact point for cross-functional e-commerce inquiries.
• Work with the production team to efficiently manage the internal studio schedule to cover all shoot requirements.
• Maintain the monthly shoot calendar and oversee pre/post-production timelines.
• Manage the freelance crew roster and introduce new talent to the creative team on a regular basis.
• Collaborate closely with Fashion/Creative Production teams to update style guides and uphold brand standards.
• Provide training and support to freelance crew in alignment with company policies and procedures.
• Coordinate with the Post-Production Manager to guarantee all post-production deadlines are met.

Required Skills

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role.
• Proven experience in e-commerce and editorial shoot production.
• Strong project management and communication abilities.
• Capacity to work efficiently under tight deadlines.
• Exceptional organizational skills and a meticulous eye for detail.
• Proficient in representing the company in negotiations with agencies, agents, and vendors.
• An understanding and appreciation for the company’s brand sensibility, aesthetic, and mission.

Qualifications

• A background in an in-house production team, preferably within the luxury, beauty, or fashion sectors.
• A Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field is preferred.

Compensation And Benefits

• Compensation: (110,000 – )140,000 + Equity. The actual base salary will be determined based on your experience, qualifications, and job location.
