Technical Marketing Specialist Wfh (Remote)

We are looking for a highly motivated and technically adept Marketing Specialist with a strong focus on the payments and fintech sectors to join our remote team. In this pivotal role, you will spearhead the development of innovative marketing strategies, drive key business initiatives, and execute impactful campaigns that align with our objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and evaluate comprehensive marketing programs across various channels, including email, social media, and digital platforms.
• Support lead generation efforts, manage CRM systems, conduct data mining, and perform prospect research to enhance outreach campaigns.
• Develop and oversee content strategies, ensuring timely updates for websites, blog posts, and newsletters to engage our target audience.
• Manage online advertising initiatives on platforms such as LinkedIn, and oversee SEO/SEM projects to optimize visibility and traffic.
• Facilitate outreach operations by generating leads, constructing contact lists, and devising effective outreach strategies.
• Coordinate public relations activities and collaborate with cross-functional teams to maintain consistent branding and messaging.
• Utilize technical skills for troubleshooting and improving marketing tools, including creating SQL queries and JavaScript macros to drive operational efficiency.

Required Skills

• Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Python, and SQL.
• Familiarity with tools such as Google Tag Manager, Segment, Facebook Ads Manager, Reddit Ads Manager, LinkedIn Ads Manager, BuzzStream, and ClearScope.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to translate complex concepts into clear, engaging content.
• Excellent multitasking and project management abilities, thriving in a fast-paced environment.
• High degree of self-motivation and accountability, with a proactive approach to problem-solving.

Qualifications

• A Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• A minimum of 3 years of experience in a technical marketing role, preferably within the payments industry.
