Job Overview

We are in search of a Global Partner Marketing Lead who will play a pivotal role in cultivating and enhancing our commercial partnerships worldwide. As our business increasingly depends on these strategic alliances for embedding, reselling, and developing advanced solutions based on our technology, the successful candidate will not only spearhead effective marketing initiatives but will also craft customized partner programs tailored to different segments.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee a team of Partner Marketing Managers.
  • Drive channel sales through cohesive partner marketing initiatives across diverse sectors.
  • Foster and maintain robust relationships with partner sales, channel, and marketing teams to optimize sales potential.
  • Develop a comprehensive understanding of partner business strategies and goals.
  • Leverage product marketing methodologies to formulate compelling messaging and strategies.
  • Ensure uniformity in marketing practices among partners to faithfully represent our brand and value proposition.
  • Integrate our capabilities with those of our partners to enhance visibility and business prospects.
  • Establish systems and metrics for the ongoing improvement of marketing effectiveness.

Required Skills

  • Demonstrated experience in B2B marketing and collaboration with strategic corporate partners to design co-marketing initiatives.
  • Preferably possesses experience within the enterprise software, SaaS, or silicon domains.
  • Strong skills in customer and partner relationship management.
  • Proven analytical prowess to evaluate opportunities and make informed decisions on the ROI of programs and investments.
  • A history of achieving substantial results and fostering innovation.
  • A growth-oriented mindset, eager to think expansively and embrace calculated risks.
  • Willingness to be proactive and hands-on in executing tasks.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to excel in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to change.
  • Enjoys varied work assignments and is enthusiastic about experimenting with new approaches and overcoming obstacles.
