The Company
CosMedical Technologies is a leader in the manufacturing of high-quality dermatologist formulated skincare products. Our clients are medical spas, dermatologists, and plastic surgeons who want high-quality, low volume, private-label products to sell under their own brand, increasing their business revenue and customer satisfaction.
Duties and Responsibilities:
CosMedical Technologies is seeking an experienced administrative professional to join its Customer Support team as a Customer Support Associate based in our corporate headquarters in Davie, Florida, or available for remote work during our 8 AM to 5 PM EST office hours. This individual is responsible for administrative and operational support assisting our sales executives and customers to achieve department and organizational goals.

- Assist with daily administrative tasks and specific projects related to sales and customer service, including but not limited to order entry and processing, answering phones, supporting sales executives with daily administrative tasks, processing customer complaints and replacement orders.
- Use ticketing system (Zoho Desk) to manage requests and issues submitted by sales executives and customers.
- Use Zoho CRM to update Account, Contact, Lead, and other records as needed.
- Serve as primary liaison between sales team and warehouse fulfillment team for daily processing of sales orders.
- Assist sales division with international distributor orders, sales team standard operating procedure creation, sales team quality assurance process and cross departmental projects.
- Manage the process of registering customer alternate product names.
- Support new customer orders by pre-authorizing customer credit cards to allow order fulfillment by warehouse.
- Manage general office administration including phones, faxes, ordering supplies and meals for office staff.
Desired Skills and Experience
The ideal candidate must be able to demonstrate an ability to work collaboratively with multiple sales team members and with other company departments such as operations, accounting, and marketing. They must be effective working independently and build trusting working relationships with others virtually. Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills are essential.
The ideal candidate will also have the following characteristics:
- Strong work ethic
- Self-motivation
- High level of computer skills (Microsoft Excel, Sage 100, Zoho CRM, and Zoho Desk will be used daily)
- Excellent listening and communication skills
- Excellent organizational skills
- Desire to excel in a fast-paced, growing company
- 3+ years’ experience in a similar position
