Key Overview

The primary responsibility of an AI Engineer is to design, develop, and deploy artificial intelligence and machine learning solutions that address complex problems and enhance business processes. Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled AI Engineer to develop and deploy artificial intelligence solutions that solve complex business problems. The ideal candidate has expertise in machine learning, deep learning, and natural language processing, combined with strong programming skills and a keen analytical mindset.

Key Responsibilities:

AI Model Development:

• Design, build, and optimize machine learning models to solve business challenges.
• Develop algorithms for classification, regression, clustering, recommendation systems, or predictive analytics.

Data Analysis and Preprocessing:

• Collect, clean, and preprocess large datasets for AI/ML training and analysis.
• Apply data augmentation and feature engineering techniques to improve model performance.

Deep Learning and NLP Implementation:

• Implement deep learning architectures (CNNs, RNNs, Transformers) for tasks like image recognition or natural language understanding.
• Apply NLP techniques for text analytics, sentiment analysis, or chatbot development.

Model Deployment:

• Deploy AI models in production environments using tools like TensorFlow Serving, AWS SageMaker, or Docker.
• Integrate AI solutions into existing systems or applications.

Performance Monitoring and Optimization:

• Monitor model performance in real-time and fine-tune models to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
• Address issues like model drift, bias, or overfitting in production systems.

Collaboration and Reporting:

• Collaborate with data scientists, software engineers, and business analysts to translate business needs into AI solutions.
• Present findings and insights to stakeholders using visualizations and clear reporting.

Research and Innovation:

• Stay updated with the latest developments in AI/ML and assess their potential application in business.
• Experiment with new algorithms, frameworks, and technologies to improve current systems.

Required Skills:

Programming and Development:

• Strong proficiency in Python and familiarity with libraries like TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn, and Keras.
• Knowledge of other programming languages like Java, R, or C++ is a plus.

Machine Learning and AI Frameworks:

• Hands-on experience with ML algorithms (e.g., linear regression, decision trees, SVMs).
• Familiarity with AI tools like OpenAI API, Hugging Face, or similar platforms.

Data Skills:

• Proficiency in SQL and working with large datasets.
• Experience with big data frameworks (e.g., Hadoop, Spark) is a bonus.

Cloud and Deployment Tools:

• Expertise in cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud AI tools.
• Familiarity with containerization and orchestration tools (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).

Problem Solving and Optimization:

• Strong mathematical foundation in linear algebra, calculus, probability, and statistics.
• Knowledge of optimization techniques for training models.
