What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)

• Lead and coordinate the due diligence process for mergers and acquisitions, collaborating with cross-functional teams
• Develop and execute a comprehensive due diligence plan, including data collection and risk assessment
• Manage integration project timelines, milestones, and budgets for acquired companies
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders throughout the M&A process
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and operational efficiencies post-acquisition

What Is Required (Qualifications)

• Bachelor’s degree and a minimum of 5 years of related experience
• Proven experience (3+ years) in project management
• Strong understanding of business strategy and operational processes in the insurance agency/broker space
• Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to make informed decisions under pressure
• Proficiency in project management software and tools

How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

• Prior experience leading M&A due diligence and integration efforts
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent
