Join our dynamic team as a Field Marketing Manager for the West and Central USA regions. This pivotal role is designed for a creative and results-oriented marketing professional eager to lead impactful regional marketing strategies that drive sales and enhance our brand recognition. In this position, you will work closely with our sales team and regional partners to develop and implement targeted initiatives, including pipeline generation and partner enablement, while reporting to the Senior Manager of Field Marketing. Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute comprehensive marketing plans that align with the company’s goals and sales objectives.
  • Collaborate with sales teams to identify key target markets and customize marketing strategies to meet regional needs.
  • Plan, organize, and execute engaging events, trade shows, and promotional activities to foster customer engagement.
  • Conduct thorough market research to identify trends and insights, providing actionable recommendations for marketing initiatives.
  • Analyze marketing performance using data to optimize campaign outcomes.
  • Partner with various sales teams, balancing priorities and ensuring alignment across different regions.
  • Build and nurture strong relationships with local partners, resellers, and stakeholders to enhance brand presence.
  • Manage the field marketing budget efficiently, ensuring optimal resource allocation and ROI achievement.
  • Set regional marketing goals and KPIs, regularly updating key stakeholders on performance metrics.
  • Stay updated on the latest marketing tools, technologies, and industry trends to drive innovation within the team.

Required Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in field marketing or a similar role, with an emphasis on global experience preferred.
  • Demonstrated success in creating and executing high-impact marketing campaigns.
  • Prior industry experience in enterprise security or a comparable field is advantageous.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with an aptitude for collaboration across diverse teams.
  • Highly organized, adaptable, and capable of prioritizing tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficient in marketing and CRM platforms; familiarity with HubSpot and Salesforce is a plus.
  • Analytical mindset with a strong ability to utilize data for effective decision-making.
