Innovorbs Technologies LLC is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Marketing and Business Development Manager to spearhead our expansion into new markets. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IT services marketing and business development, with a focus on crafting strategies to promote our new offerings, attract clients, and establish Innovorbs as a leader in IT solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Market Strategy and Analysis:
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote IT services, including DevOps, Cybersecurity, and eCommerce.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive landscapes.
- Client Acquisition:
- Identify and engage potential clients across industries such as finance, healthcare, government, and eCommerce.
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, clients, and partners.
- Generate leads and convert them into long-term business opportunities.
- Brand Management:
- Enhance the company’s online presence, including website (www.innovorbs.com) updates and SEO optimization.
- Collaborate with designers and developers to create promotional materials, campaigns, and branding initiatives.
- Sales and Revenue Growth:
- Drive sales pipelines and meet revenue targets by acquiring contracts for IaaS, PaaS, and IT solutions.
- Present service offerings to prospective clients through proposals, presentations, and demos.
- Team Collaboration:
- Coordinate with technical teams to ensure seamless service delivery and align offerings with client requirements.
- Work with the leadership team to set and achieve business development goals.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. MBA is a plus.
- Proven track record of success in marketing or business development roles, preferably in IT services or technology.
- Strong understanding of DevOps, Cybersecurity, and IaaS/PaaS markets.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Proficiency in CRM tools, data analysis, and marketing automation platforms.
- Creative mindset with the ability to think strategically and implement innovative solutions.
Preferred Skills
- Experience in branding and content marketing for tech companies.
- Knowledge of government contracting and private-sector sales.
- Ability to work independently and lead cross-functional teams.
