We are equally passionate about our work and our time off challenging each other to live our best lives, pursue our passions, travel and spend time with friends and family.   WE ARE LOOKING FOR  We are looking for a talented and creative Marketing and Social Media Intern to create, maintain and grow an engaged Pangian community online and take it to the next level. Your role is to implement online marketing strategies through email marketing and social media channels to help us grow our 60,000 + community of members from 121 countries and increase our 1,000,000 web views by designing and integrated digital marketing strategy on Facebook, Linkedin, Twitter, Youtube and Instagram. • Tech-savvy with an interest in social media and building online communities
• Very interested in executing a winning digital marketing strategy and reaching millions of people around the world
• You are a global thinker and love to connect with people around the world through online channels.

    RESPONSIBILITIES 

• Create integrated social media strategy through design and implementation of engaging text, image, video and 3rd party content resonating with our audience’s interests.
• Post and engage daily in our Facebook Community, LinkedIn and Twitter increasing community growth and engagement.
• Develop an optimal posting schedule, considering web traffic and customer engagement metrics.
• Use the emerging social media strategies and analytics leading to increase user growth and engagement.
• Implement successful email marketing campaigns growing the audience and increasing the open and click rates.
• Facilitate online conversations with our members and customers building a strong, engaged global community.
• Discover online communities on Facebook, Twitter, Reddit, Quora and support its members with our content.

  REQUIREMENTS

• Frequent use and passion for multiple social media platforms: Facebook, Twitter, Instagram.
• Familiarity with online marketing strategies and marketing channels.
• Excellent communication skills.

   PREFERRED

• Image editing capabilities (canva.com)
• Basic graphic design experience (for Facebook/Instagram) and basic video editing skills is a big plus.
• Understanding of publishing on WordPress platform.
• Use of email marketing tools (eg; Mailchimp)
