- Director of Site Development
Key Responsibilities
As an A&E Project Manager, you’ll play a crucial role in our projects by:
- Align project resources to work within required deadlines and client expectations, provide forecasting.
- Manage office A&E project activities ensuring scope, schedule and budget comply with client Scope of Work (SOW).
- Define scope of services for the project and identify anything that is out of scope, prevent “scope creep.”
- Manage client expectations to mutually agreed-upon timelines, client interface.
- Maintain a high quality of work and provide drawing quality control.
- Profit and Loss management at the project level.
- Perform CAD tasks as needed.
- Track project risks, issues and decisions at a site and project level.
- Ensure accurate and up to date project data points – dates, notes, forecasts and PO’s (open/closed), billing.
- Establish the project plan, schedule and budget and coordinate Project Kick off internally and externally.
- Management Dashboard – weekly status update reporting to company leadership and to the client.
- Develop and facilitate Purchase Order Requests as needed.
- Path of escalation for clients on project issues.
- Solve project or site problem and provide advice to team.
- Provide site design and technical knowledge.
What We’re Looking For
- Bachelor or Master’s degree in Architecture, Engineering, Design or a related field.
- More than 5 years’ experience in a professional office providing architectural and engineering services.
- Minimum 5 years wireless telecommunications work experience.
- Experience in AutoCAD 2011 or higher required. Revit experience a plus.
- Ability to function in high pressure, date driven environment.
- Knowledge of costs, scheduling and project management.
- Experience managing a team.
- Design and/or construction background within the telecommunications field preferred.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong computer knowledge and efficiency with Microsoft office suite, AutoCAD software.
- Proven time management and organizational skills, ability to plan for and meet stringent deadlines.
- Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables where only limited standardization exists.
- Field experience taking dimensions, photos and working with construction and RF engineers with onsite design, ability to attend client meetings as needed.
- Ability to travel (25-50% Market travel).
- Organizational skills; detail-oriented and possess good follow-through skills.
- Present Leadership qualities – ad hoc problem solving, issue management, independent thinking and decision-making mindset.

Physical Requirements
- Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
- Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times.
- May be required to travel to and traverse survey sites.
