The Role: We are seeking an ambitious Account Director to drive growth in the French market while managing and expanding relationships with our existing enterprise clients. You will play a pivotal role in our European strategy, combining business development, account management, and leadership to solidify our presence in France.
Key Responsibilities:
- Hunt new business: Identify and secure new enterprise accounts in France, leveraging your industry network and business acumen.
- Account management: Build and nurture long-term relationships with existing enterprise clients, ensuring satisfaction and fostering growth.
- Strategic planning: Develop and execute a market-specific growth strategy tailored to the unique needs of the French market.
- Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, including product, marketing, and customer success, to deliver tailored solutions to clients.
- Market intelligence: Stay abreast of the latest trends in AI and cybersecurity, providing insights to shape product offerings and go-to-market strategies.
About You:
- Location: You must be based in the UK with the ability to travel frequently to France.
- Experience: 5+ years in enterprise sales or account management, ideally within the AI, cybersecurity, or technology sectors.
- Proven track record: Demonstrated success in hunting new accounts and managing a portfolio of enterprise clients.
- Language skills: Fluency in French and English is essential.
- Network: Established connections within the French enterprise market, particularly in industries susceptible to cyber threats.
- Skills: Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities, with a consultative approach to sales.
