As an Account Director-Enterprise Sales, you will play a pivotal role in driving high-value deals and achieving revenue goals from large enterprise accounts. Your expertise in identifying new opportunities, nurturing strong relationships, and crafting tailored solutions will be integral to maximizing business growth.

Job Description
1. Relationship Building and Needs Assessment
- Build and maintain strong relationships with enterprise prospects and customers.
- Manage longer sales cycles, understanding customer needs, and delivering customized solutions to enhance deal closure.
- Serve as a trusted advisor, addressing client concerns and demonstrating CallHippo’s value proposition.
2. Pipeline Development and Revenue Growth
- Develop and manage a robust sales pipeline to achieve ambitious sales and revenue targets for the enterprise division.
- Implement strategies that foster consistent pipeline growth and ensure sustainable revenue generation.
3. Ideal Customer Profile (ICP) Definition
- Define and refine Ideal Customer Profiles (ICPs) in collaboration with internal stakeholders.
- Partner with SDR teams to ensure targeted accounts and high-quality leads align with the enterprise sales strategy.
4. Exploration of New Opportunities
- Identify and pursue new enterprise account opportunities, leveraging market insights and competitor analysis.
- Develop innovative approaches to enhance customer acquisition and expand CallHippo’s market penetration.
5. Proven Revenue Achievement
- Consistently meet and exceed revenue goals using data-driven strategies and a deep understanding of the market.
- Utilize in-depth market analysis to drive scalable and sustainable growth in the enterprise sector.
