What you’ll do:
As an Account Director at JAM, you will be at the heart of the action, taking charge of integrated campaigns and building lasting partnerships. You’ll work closely with our CEO and team to align creativity with business growth and client success.
You will:
- Lead end-to-end delivery of integrated campaigns with passion and a deep commitment to excellence.
- Cultivate strong, authentic relationships with clients, transforming them into long-term partners.
- Collaborate closely with our internal team, ensuring everyone’s talents are aligned and contributing to the bigger picture.
- Develop a direct report.
- Take ownership of account financials—balancing creativity and budgets with confidence.
- Write clear, inspiring briefs that motivate teams and lead to outstanding work.
- Help identify growth opportunities for both our clients and our agency, ensuring continued success.

What we’re Looking for:
- 7+ years of experience in account management, branding, or client-side marketing roles.
- A proven ability to drive creative direction and account strategy with authenticity and care.
- A deep understanding of branding, marketing strategy, and packaging design.
- Strong leadership skills that empower and encourage your team.
- A courageous thinker, always ready to explore new ideas and challenge the status quo.
- Experience in FMCG, with packaging design experience being a plus.
