Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as the go-to contact for portfolio merchants, adeptly handling inquiries and resolving issues to maintain high satisfaction levels.
  • Monitor and analyze performance metrics, identifying areas for optimization and mobilizing cross-functional teams to enhance the in-life experience for valued merchants.
  • Take ownership of preparing and executing Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs), ensuring actionable insights are delivered and tracked.
  • Maintain an updated database of merchants and essential project documentation to support business continuity.
  • Cultivate strong, lasting relationships with portfolio merchants, acting as a trusted advisor.
  • Serve as the ultimate problem solver for partners, addressing any challenges related to local payments, settlements, payment marketing, and customer success.

Requirements

Qualifications:

  • A bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, or a related field; however, equivalent experience will also be considered.
  • At least 7 years of experience in account management, business development, or sales, demonstrating a proven track record in leading end-to-end processes from lead generation to surpassing revenue targets.
  • A self-motivated individual with a sharp eye for detail and a customer-first mentality.
  • Exceptional time management and prioritization skills, capable of delivering results under pressure in fast-paced settings.
  • Proven experience in managing both external and internal stakeholders across multiple time zones.
  • Familiarity with payments, mobile technologies, e-commerce, website development, and digital innovations is highly preferred.
