Account Executive Commercial Real Estate Wfh | Get It Recruit – Real Estate | United States
We are seeking an enthusiastic and results-oriented Account Executive, with a primary focus on the Commercial Real Estate vertical (multi-family, shopping centers, office). As an Account Executive, you will be responsible for developing and nurturing client relationships through a consultative and targeted approach. Your role will involve cold calling, prospecting, new account acquisition, site plan design, project management assistance, account management, and upgrade/cross-selling, all while providing exceptional customer service.
Reporting to the District Sales Manager, you will collaborate closely with peers and various departments including Solutions Engineering, Sales Operations, Monitoring, Customer Service, Accounting, and Legal.
Duties & Responsibilities
Sales
- Proactively prospect and develop new business opportunities.
- Utilize various lead generation methods such as cold calling, referrals, digital outreach, and industry events.
- Maintain a healthy sales pipeline and consistently meet/exceed sales targets.
- Create innovative proposals and deliver strategic sales presentations.
- Manage client information and sales activity in CRM.
- Develop Strategic Account Action Plans for optimal territory management.
- Build and leverage a strong network of industry contacts.
- Attend industry events to expand knowledge and relationships.
- Provide exceptional customer service and be recognized as an industry expert in Security and Remote Monitoring solutions.

- Manage special projects and related research with enthusiasm and diligence.

- Handle customer concerns professionally and involve the necessary resources for resolution.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in business or equivalent experience.
- 4-6 years of business development experience, ideally in commercial real estate or the security industry.
- Proven track record of exceptional sales performance.
- Completed formal sales training.
- High energy with a proactive attitude.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
- Ability to communicate effectively with various levels of organizations.
- Strong project management skills.
- Well-organized with the ability to multitask.
- Superior English oral and written communication skills.
- High level of energy and self-motivation.

Working Conditions
