Job Description:
We are seeking a dynamic and driven Account Executive with 2-3 years of experience, ideally with a background in SaaS industries. In this role, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth, nurturing client relationships, and managing the entire sales cycle from prospecting to closing deals. You will work closely with the marketing, customer success, and product teams to ensure clients receive exceptional service and support.
Key Responsibilities:
- Client Acquisition: Identify and engage potential clients in the SaaS sector who can benefit from our SaaS solutions.
- Sales Pipeline Management: Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline through prospecting, networking, and relationship-building activities.
- Product Demonstrations: Conduct product demos tailored to clients’ needs, demonstrating the value and ROI of our SaaS offerings.
- Negotiation & Closing: Lead negotiations, develop proposals, and close deals to meet or exceed quarterly sales quotas.
- Client Relationship Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for your accounts, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction and retention.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams (marketing, product, customer success) to ensure smooth onboarding, implementation, and long-term client success.
- Market Intelligence: Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and market conditions within the SaaS space to position our solutions effectively.
- Reporting & Forecasting: Maintain accurate sales forecasts, update CRM systems regularly, and report performance metrics to sales leadership.
Qualifications:
- Experience: 1-3 years of experience in B2B sales as an AE owning the full desk (lead gen, closing, inbounding + outbounding).
- Experience: 1-3 years of experience in SMB – Mid Market healthcare sales selling to physicians, private medical practices, clinical offices, etc.
- Industry Knowledge: Understanding of the SaaS, healthcare landscape, including regulatory challenges, providers’ needs, and digital trends.
- Sales Skills: Strong ability to manage complex sales cycles and develop compelling value propositions that resonate with clients.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present confidently to key stakeholders.
- Tech Savvy: Comfortable with technology and able to quickly learn new software solutions, with prior experience using CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce).
- Customer-Centric: Passionate about understanding clients’ pain points and delivering tailored solutions that drive business outcomes.
