As our first Account Executive based in Dublin, you’ll play a pivotal role in growing our presence and transforming Mid-Market prospects into long-term clients. What You’ll Be Doing:
As JustCall’s first in-region Account Executive, you’ll be the key player in expanding our presence across EMEA. From prospecting to closing, you will own the entire sales cycle and play a crucial role in turning Mid-Market prospects into long-term clients.
Here’s how you’ll make your mark:
- Own the Sales Cycle: Lead the way from initial outreach through to deal closure. Use your consultative selling approach to address client pain points, deliver tailored solutions, and close high-value deals.
- Build & Manage Your Pipeline: Generate up to 30% of your pipeline through self-sourcing, while leveraging support from our SDR, Marketing, and Partnerships teams to keep your funnel robust and active.
- Consultative Selling: Act as a trusted advisor, deeply understanding each client’s unique challenges and demonstrating how JustCall can drive their success.
- Drive Market Penetration: Establish JustCall as the go-to platform for Mid-Market clients in EMEA. Cultivate strong relationships and ensure clients see tangible results from using our solutions.
- Collaborate with Teams: Work closely with SDR/BDR, Marketing, and Partnerships teams to refine sales strategies and improve win rates across the region.
- Monitor Trends: Stay ahead of the curve by tracking competitive activity, market trends, and evolving customer needs, ensuring that our sales and product strategies remain cutting-edge.
What You’ll Need to Succeed:
- Proven Experience: 4+ years in an AE role, ideally within SaaS, targeting Mid-Market clients.
- Sales Expertise: You’ve worked with deal sizes between $25,000 and $100,000 and have a track record of consistently hitting or exceeding sales targets.
- Multilingual Advantage: Fluent in English; additional languages like French, German, Dutch, Spanish, or Italian are a plus.
- Drive & Motivation: You thrive in a fast-paced, self-driven environment, and you’re motivated by the challenge of creating your own success.
- Cultural Savvy: Strong motivation, excellent communication skills, and familiarity with the EMEA market.
- Exceptional Communication: Your ability to simplify complex solutions and build strong relationships with clients at every level will set you apart.
