Join our client, Suma Wealth and make a meaningful impact on the financial well-being of young Latinos in the US! They are seeking passionate, experienced Account Executives to drive revenue, build partnerships, and work directly with our leadership team to grow their mission-driven organization.
Job Description:
You will play a key role in accelerating our growth by cultivating high-impact partnerships, managing strategic accounts, and leading outreach efforts. Working closely with the Chief Strategy Officer, you’ll engage with C-level executives, shape business strategies, and contribute directly to Suma’s success.
Key Responsibilities:
Partnership Development:
- Identify, engage, and close strategic partnerships that align with our mission and growth goals.
- Collaborate with the Chief Strategy Officer to design and implement innovative growth strategies.
Sales Leadership:
- Lead outreach efforts to target clients and key decision-makers in the financial and tech industries.
- Drive revenue by identifying business opportunities and building strong relationships with partners.
Presentation and Proposal Creation:
- Develop persuasive sales decks and proposals that clearly communicate Suma’s value.
- Align materials with brand guidelines and strategic messaging to support business development.
Pipeline and Account Management:
- Manage the entire sales cycle, from prospecting to closing.
- Maintain detailed records of sales activities, customer interactions, and opportunities using a CRM system.
Collaboration and Cross-functional Support:
- Partner with internal teams, including marketing and product, to align on sales goals.
- Provide mentorship to junior team members to ensure the overall success of the sales team.
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience in sales, business development, or a similar role, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence at all levels.
- Expertise in creating high-impact presentations and sales materials.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and passionate about Suma’s mission to close the wealth gap.
- Spanish fluency is a plus.
Compensation: Base salary of $60K to $110K (based on experience and location), plus commission potential up to 2X your base. Total earnings could range from $180K to $330K for top performers.
