The project management system being developed by our client aims to revolutionize the way tasks are managed. Traditional systems require project coordinators to manually assign tasks, leading to inefficiencies, overwork, missed deadlines, and micromanagement. The client’s intelligent system automates task coordination across teams, analyzing workloads, resources, and schedules to optimize task execution. This solution reduces administrative overhead, enhances visibility, and adapts to changes without requiring manual intervention, allowing teams to focus on actual work.
About The Role
Our client is hiring an Account Executive who thrives in a fast-paced, highly autonomous environment and can contribute to a team of high performers. As one of the first sales hires, you will play a critical role in shaping the sales approach, target audience, and strategies for scaling the business. The product is already loved by customers, and now it’s time to expand its reach to more teams.
Responsibilities:
- Sales Pipeline Ownership: Within 3 months, you will fully own a sales pipeline and independently close deals.
- Sales Playbook Development: Within 12 months, you will help define the sales playbook and mentor new team members as the team grows.
- High-Impact Sales: You will solve customer challenges and work on the most critical opportunities, driving value and demonstrating how our client’s solution addresses key business needs.

Compensation:
$180K–$220K (base + OTE)
