What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)

• Serve as the primary point of contact between the employer and retail partners
• Develop and implement strategic plans to meet and exceed sales quotas for assigned products and retailers
• Create and coordinate marketing and promotional initiatives, monitoring their success
• Deliver product knowledge training programs to dealer sales associates
• Negotiate sales and marketing proposals with retail partners to achieve business goals

What Is Required (Qualifications)

• Minimum 3 years of relevant sales experience
• Post-secondary education preferred in a related field
• Strong analytical skills to assess historical sales data and develop accurate projections
• Effective project and time management skills to ensure successful execution of in-store merchandising and meeting objectives
• Intermediate proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel (including VLOOKUPs, pivot tables, and basic functions)

• French language skills are considered an asset
