Education
What we’re looking for:
Graduate/Post-graduation in Biotechnology or other life sciences stream with an MBA is preferred.
Experience
5-7 years of experience in relevant industry is preferred but not limitation. The candidate with right attitude with less experience will also be considered
How You’ll Thrive And Create An Impact
- To work in close collaboration with internal AMEA team
- To work in cohesion with manager
- To establish strong customer relationships
- Working closely with customers (end users) to map the complete customer product pipeline and process
- Develop and implement a key account management strategy
- To establish 4 level organograms (board members, senior management, middle management, and front line) for key customers in Sub Saharan African region
- Develop, implement, and handle the Annual Operating Plan in conjunction with Regional Business Leader
- Drive and sustain account profit through pricing management and alternate product strategies
- To work closely with R&D, QA, regulatory, manufacturing, and project to develop end to end proposition for pharma and biopharma customers
- Prospect, establish, and grow new Channel Partners to close coverage gaps
- Drive Channel Partner strategy in assigned territory through an in-depth understanding of end market trends and competitors’ value proposition
- To collaborate internally with the cross-function team to bring the solutions to customers
- To drive sales with the highest margins making the biopharma business more profitable
- Increase competitive advantage and drive customer happiness by building trust and developing positive relationships.
- Develop mutually useful solutions with differentiating value.
- Lead agreed-on strategies across defined accounts while maintaining and developing existing business.
- Drive standard processes across diverse departments and decision-makers through a deep understanding of customers’ needs, improving global internal resources and initiatives
