Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Account Manager/Client Success Specialist to lead client relationships and drive revenue growth in a high-paced marketing technology environment. This individual will be responsible for managing a portfolio of clients, ensuring their success with our solutions, and identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of exceeding revenue targets, maintaining strong client relationships, and delivering exceptional client experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

Client Relationship Management:

• Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships.

• Act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring their needs are met promptly and effectively.

• Conduct regular business reviews to align solutions with client goals and strategies.

Revenue Growth:

• Identify and execute upselling and cross-selling opportunities to maximize account revenue.

• Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to identify potential expansion opportunities within existing accounts.

• Meet and exceed revenue and client retention targets.

Client Success:

• Drive product adoption and usage to ensure clients achieve their desired outcomes.

• Proactively identify and resolve client issues, acting as an advocate for the client within the organization.

• Monitor key performance metrics and deliver actionable insights to clients to enhance ROI.

Strategic Planning & Execution:

• Develop account plans tailored to each client’s business objectives and growth potential.

• Partner with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of solutions and support.

• Stay updated on marketing technology trends to provide strategic consultation to clients.

Requirements:

7-10 years of experience in account management, client success, or related roles in a marketing technology/Digital Marketing company.

Education:

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. MBA is a plus.

Skills:

• Strategic thinker with a client-first mindset.

• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple clients and projects simultaneously.

• Experience in delivering creative and innovative solutions in a technology-driven environment
