We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced individual with solid NDIS knowledge to join our Account Management team.

 

ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY 

Reporting to the Senior Account Manager, this role is responsible for being the central point of contact for customers to ensure excellent customer service throughout the client’s lifespan at Civic. The heart of this job is making every interaction count whether it is gathering information, putting together a proposal, or assisting a client navigate initial engagement with Civic.

No two days are ever the same. One day you could be supporting a person while moving into their forever home, the next you could be supporting someone to plan for their yearly review or even referring a person to the best allied health professionals to suit their needs, the opportunities are endless.

This is a temporary full time position, starting December 2024 and ending September 2025, with potential extension after that date.

The responsibilities in this role will be as follows:

  • Onboarding new clients within Civic CRM
  • Coordinating and collecting forms to progress potential clients into service 
  • Actioning plan renewals and creating Service Agreements
  • Coordinating roll over updates as well as new plan updates
  • Liaising with stakeholders, clients, NDIA and plan managers
  • Assisting with new referrals by completing necessary enquiry forms

Ideally you will have a passion for supporting individuals achieve their full potential, and you are ready to use your strong organisational skills. The successful candidate will thrive in a fast-paced work environment and enjoy seeing successful outcomes for clients.

This requires ensuring timely and proactive completion and follow up of all administrative tasks that support the client’s booking, payment and retention of services whilst connecting and engaging with internal stakeholders to ensure the client’s requirements are met and exceeded.

Therefore, we are looking for a self-driven individual with strong administration, customer service and account management skills to support the team and Civic clients. 

 

ESSENTIAL CRITERIA

You will need to be able to demonstrate the following:

  • Prior experience in an administrative position. Experience within the disability sector is highly regarded.
  • High attention to details.
  • Flexible and adaptable attitude when working with various and diverse stakeholders to achieve a common goal.
  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
  • Self-motivated – a consistent creative and proactive approach.
  • Ability to work within deadlines and toward performance targets. 
  • A deep understanding of the NDIS framework and processes.
