Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary liaison for your client portfolio, facilitating effective communication and collaboration with internal teams.
- Communicate onboarding timelines, objectives, strategies, and the most effective methods for reporting and delivering results to clients.
- Align client goals with execution tactics while enhancing inter-departmental communication.
- Proactively address and resolve client concerns, escalating issues to senior management as needed.
- Focus on client retention through exemplary execution, robust relationships, and superior customer service.
- Oversee contracts, including renewals, upselling opportunities, and ad-hoc fee negotiations.
- Collaborate with channel team leaders to prioritize account initiatives.
You Will Also Support Cross-functional Teams By
- Participating in meetings with potential clients alongside the sales team and aiding in audits and preparations.
- Enhancing sales materials and furthering the channel team’s comprehension of the sales cycle.
- Developing case studies and testimonials to highlight our achievements.
Additionally, You Will Contribute To Process Enhancement By
- Refining and developing processes applicable across teams, such as client onboarding, reporting, and internal communication.
- Improving operational processes, executing tasks, and coordinating account launches, budget updates, and renewals with Operations.
- Ensuring proper account linkages and securing necessary access and billing information.
Required Skills
- Proficient knowledge of and ability to articulate digital services.
- Excellent client relationship development skills.
- Confidence in presenting to clients via phone and in-person.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience with paid search, social, and display marketing platforms, including tracking and tagging methodologies.
- 5+ years of overall professional experience.
- Ability to navigate change while maintaining a positive demeanor.
Qualifications
- A Bachelor’s Degree.
