As an Account Manager, you’ll focus on building strong commercial relationships with enterprise customers, identifying opportunities to drive revenue growth, and aligning customer goals with cloud technology solutions. This role emphasizes proactive account development and strategic planning over day-to-day operations.
What You’ll Do
Drive Business Growth: Identify and execute upsell and cross-sell opportunities to expand customer investments in our offerings.
Develop Strategic Partnerships: Build and nurture strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders within assigned accounts, positioning us as a trusted advisor.
Account Planning: Create and maintain account strategies to align with customer goals and ensure long-term success.
Deliver Value: Understand customers’ business challenges and objectives, recommending tailored solutions that maximize their return on investment in cloud technologies.
Lead Commercial Activities: Own contract negotiations, renewals, and pricing discussions, ensuring customer satisfaction while driving profitability.
Collaborate with Teams: Work closely with sales and technical teams to ensure seamless delivery of services and solutions.
Customer Advocacy: Serve as the customer’s voice within company, advocating for their needs and ensuring service excellence.
What We’re Looking For
Experience: At least five years in account management, sales, business development, or a similar commercial role in a technical environment.
Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of Cloud Services & Concepts (SaaS, PaaS, IaaS) and familiarity with Microsoft solutions, including Azure, Dynamics 365, and Power Platform.
Commercial Acumen: Proven track record of identifying and driving revenue opportunities within enterprise accounts.
Relationship Builder: Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage and influence senior stakeholders.
Strategic Thinker: Strong planning and organizational skills to develop and execute account strategies effectively.
Customer-Focused: A passion for understanding customer needs and delivering impactful solutions.

Salary range
A reasonable estimate for this position is US$65,000-US$110,000. Salary is based on location and depends on experience.
