Responsibilities:

  • Manage and grow key accounts in the Philadelphia territory, building and nurturing long-term relationships.
  • Drive business development by identifying and pursuing new sales opportunities within the region.
  • Lead inside sales efforts, including prospecting, presenting products, and negotiating contracts.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate product delivery and customer satisfaction.
  • Analyze customer needs and provide tailored solutions that meet or exceed expectations.
  • Track and report on sales performance, providing insights to management regarding sales activities, trends, and challenges.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to meet and exceed quarterly and annual sales targets.
  • Maintain detailed knowledge of product offerings, market trends, and competitor activity in the industrial machinery space.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in account management, inside sales, or business development, ideally within the industrial or manufacturing sector.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and meet sales goals.
  • Ability to travel within the Philadelphia territory as needed.
