About the Role

• We’re looking for an experienced Account Manager to oversee and coordinate digital marketing and website projects. Our flagship services are The One Day Website and Marketing Essentials.
• This is primarily a relational and communications role with the majority of the day spent on the phone, in the boardroom, and along side colleagues.
• Impress clients with your insight, impress your colleagues by knowing your projects like the back of your hand.
• This role also includes handling new enquiries from potential clients, developing a compelling proposal/strategy for their business, and then rolling it out once they go ahead.
• We have a varied client base from all industries working with micro businesses, retail, mining, trades, healthcare, churches, business consultants, and the list goes on. Check out our portfolio on our website for a better idea of the quality of our work.
• You’ll report to our General Manager and work along side two Digital Marketers, a Web Designer, and a Copywriter.

• You’ll be provided with a company car bay, but the Leederville train station is pretty much next door if you prefer a short walk.
• Work from home up to twice per week. On the other days enjoy the office banter, work from our shared lounges, or try out the many cafes and eateries that Leederville has become known for.
• Flexible working hours are an option, for example working slightly longer days in return for a 9 day fortnight.

About you

• About 5-10 years experience will be needed, with salary scaling proportionately.
• Be an active learner, receptive to feedback and continuously striving to be better.
• You’ll have a track record with marketing, websites or a similar digital field (such as SaaS).
• You’ll value company culture and contribute to group dynamics.
• You have full Australian working rights and looking for a permanent full time position.
