Account Manager

Grays has an exciting opportunity to join our friendly and motivated team as an Account Manager. The Account Manager is responsible for the coordination and management of sales projects brought in by our business development efforts. You’ll handle projects in our Industrial division from start to finish, including set up, sale creation, site logistics, sales enquiries, collections, accounts and reporting. 

In this role you will be responsible for:

• Working closely with internal and external stakeholders to plan and manage sales projects from start to finish.
• Ensuring accurate and efficient asset sale management.
• Providing pre- and post-sale administrative support relating to promoting sales, documentation, and financial reporting.
• Ensuring the growth of sales revenue through excellent support to business development efforts and excellent service.
• Delivering exceptional service to both customers and buyers in relation to sale enquiries, disputes, sale registration and sale promotion.
• Liaising proactively and positively with internal and external stakeholders.
• Assisting with general administrative duties.

We’re looking for someone who has:

• Experience in successfully coordinating or managing projects from start to finish.
• Knowledge of project management tools and techniques.
• An aptitude for understanding systems and processes.
• An interest in the online ecommerce space.
• Proven ability to manage conflicting priorities.
• Exceptional organisation and time management skills.
• A high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
• The ability to adapt quickly and operate in a flexible, dynamic and ever-changing environment.
• A positive, proactive, team-focused attitude.
