Account Manager
Role Overview: We are seeking a highly motivated Account Manager to support our ongoing marketing activities as we expand Omaze operations into the Australian market. You will work closely with our senior account manager, based in Europe, and assist in coordinating marketing operations, client communications, and project management. As you’ll be working in the Sydney time zone (or a nearby region), you will play a critical role in supporting the team during hours when the senior account manager is unavailable.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the main point of contact for day-to-day client communications in the Sydney time zone or nearby regions.
- Coordinate project timelines, ensuring that initiatives are delivered on time and meet client expectations.
- Collaborate with internal teams(for example, campaign management, creative, BI) to manage project deliverables, reporting, and overall campaign performance.
- Assist in managing client requests, updating status reports, and ensuring smooth workflow between the Exactius and Omaze Australia teams.
- Provide administrative support, including preparing meeting notes, managing deadlines, and overseeing project tracking.
- Ensure proactive and clear communication with stakeholders in the U.S, Europe and Australia to align on objectives and priorities.
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience in account management, project management, or a related role within a marketing agency or similar environment, managing relationships.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, with a keen eye for detail.
- Strong business acumen with the ability to understand, interpret, and act upon data-driven insights to optimize marketing strategies and drive results.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Familiarity with digital marketing, paid media campaigns, and performance analytics is a big plus.
- Strong understanding of the Australian market, culture, and consumer behavior, with the ability to tailor marketing strategies to resonate with local audiences.
- Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with a remote team. You will be working at the Australian team’s time zone and will have little overlap with the EU/US teams. Experience in working across multiple time zones is an advantage.
- Proficiency with project management tools (e.g., Clickup, Monday, Google suit – docs, sheets, etc) and communication platforms (e.g., Slack, Zoom, Google Meets).
