The Role: Account Manager

As Account Manager, you will join an already successful team and be focused on developing and maintaining strong customer relationships, ensuring smooth delivery of digital solutions, and driving client satisfaction and adoption.

• Serve as the main point of contact for client engagement and issue escalation
• Develop a deep understanding of customer needs and deliver tailored solutions
• Drive adoption and optimise the use of the company’s digital products across sites
• Manage revenue forecasting, opportunity tracking, and provide strategic support to clients
• This role requires someone with a high level of strategic thinking!

About You

An experienced professional with a proven background in account management or customer success, particularly within the construction/ Construction Tech sectors.

• At least 5 years’ experience in an Account Management or Customer Success role
• Strong understanding of the construction industry
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage with C-suite level
• Analytical and data-driven approach to decision-making

The Package

• Base salary up to £75,000 with competitive commission structure
