Overview:

As an Account Management Representative, you will represent our company, promote our services to new customers, and build a book of business. You will provide outstanding customer service, acting as the primary contact for your accounts and nurturing long-term partnerships. This role is an excellent path to management, with potential advancement to a team lead position after building a stable book of business.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Generate and identify new sales opportunities through research and analysis.
  • Manage and grow existing accounts by handling day-to-day customer requirements.
  • Analyze customer needs and offer tailored solutions.
  • Provide competitive quotes for freight inquiries and match customer demands.
  • Develop strategies to increase sales and strengthen partnerships.
  • Serve as the main point of contact for accounts, solving complex issues.
  • Organize and manage daily shipments to uphold our “No Fail” policy.
  • Work with your team on pricing strategies and account implementation.
  • Review sales activities and prospective opportunities with management.
  • Additional duties and responsibilities as assigned.

Skills/Abilities:

  • ADVANCED OR NATIVE in verbal and written communication in English.
  • Minimum of 3+ years of experience in Account Management in Logistics Operations.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and teamwork abilities.
  • Flexibility to be available after hours and on weekends if needed.
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • Experience in freight brokerage is a bonus.
