We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Account Manager to join our LATAM Sales team. This role is instrumental in driving BioCatch’s growth in the Colombian market by cultivating new business opportunities and strengthening relationships with strategic accounts.
Key Responsibilities
Revenue Generation:
- Develop and expand sales revenues by identifying and securing new business opportunities within targeted BioCatch accounts.
- Focus on cultivating long-term partnerships with both new and existing customers.
Strategic Account Management & Partnership Development
- Create and execute strategic account plans for assigned accounts, driving opportunities through the sales lifecycle to successful deal closure.
- Maintain a consultative and dynamic sales approach, ensuring alignment with client needs.
- Build, nurture, and expand relationships with customers, channel partners, and technology partners to align with BioCatch’s go-to-market (GTM) strategy.
Collaboration And Leadership
- Partner with executive management and leadership teams to exceed sales objectives and drive customer success.
- Work closely with the LATAM commercial team, including Business Development, Pre-Sales/Sales Engineering, and Engagement Management, to maximize revenue growth, technology adoption, and customer satisfaction.
Brand Representation
- Enhance BioCatch’s reputation and presence within the Colombian market by fostering strong brand recognition among prospective accounts.
- Represent BioCatch at key industry events, showcasing the company’s capabilities and value proposition.
Sales Execution
- Execute strategic and operational sales and marketing activities effectively.
- Accurately manage sales forecasting, pipeline reporting, and other company reporting requirements.
Requirements
Experience & Expertise:
- 5+ years of experience selling technology solutions, with a recent focus on solution-selling to banks, financial markets, or complex enterprise environments. Experience in private-sector banking is an advantage.
- 3+ years of experience selling cybersecurity, fraud prevention, or authentication solutions, with a strong understanding of SaaS/Cloud-based solutions.
- Proven experience in complex, direct sales with a track record of multi-million-dollar bookings in verticals such as banks, credit card companies, or financial services organizations.
Skills & Attributes
- A proactive, entrepreneurial, and self-motivated individual with a consultative sales approach who thrives in a scale-up environment. A “can-do” mentality and a strong commitment to success are essential.
- Exceptional communication skills, including written and verbal presentation abilities. Capable of articulating business value across multiple stakeholders, including C-level executives.
- Trusted status within an established network of Colombian banking clients, with advanced skills in connecting with executive-level prospects.
Additional Requirements
- Willingness to travel frequently domestically and occasionally internationally.
- Fluent in English.
- A strong “inspire and serve” attitude, a sense of urgency, and a strong sense of ownership are critical. The ability to spend 80% of time in the field engaging with customers and prospects is also critical.
