Account Manager at BairesDev

We are looking for an Account Manager to join our Client Services Team. You will be responsible for building long-lasting relationships with BairesDev customers based on a deep understanding of their IT business needs. You will be ultimately responsible for fulfilling all capacity needs for existing and new projects. What You Will Do:

– Build long-term, trusting relationships with clients.

– Create Account Plans and report on revenue and headcount growth results to the Global Account Manager on a regular basis (weekly, monthly, and quarterly).

– Conduct market research to identify upselling opportunities and assess customer needs.

– Determine client needs and prepare and deliver presentations on pertinent services.

– Proactively seek new opportunities through client referrals, networking, and social media.

– Meet with potential or referred clients to present our company and listen to their wishes and concerns.

– Reviews and reports with financial data.

– Bring in new business leads to boost revenue.

– Negotiate and close transactions.

Here’s what we are looking for:

– 5+ years of experience in the IT/Tech industry as a sales executive, client partner, or engagement manager selling IT services (not products).

– Prior experience in customer relationship management, closing deals, and developing long-term client relationships.

– In-depth knowledge of marketing and negotiating techniques

– Capable of delivering visually appealing presentations.

– Excellent communication skills and an advanced command of the English language.

Desirable:

– Previous experience as a Software Engineer (Computer Science, Software Engineering, or another IT-related degree) is a big plus.

– Previous experience selling IT services (on-site or off-site) is required.

– A track record of success in similar roles in software development outsourcing and digital product engineering firms.
