Overview
Apwide is the Atlassian Marketplace Vendor behind Golive, the Environment Hub for Jira. Our mission is centered on innovation, customer satisfaction, and collaboration. As we continue to grow, we are focused on building out Account & Partner Management, a key driver for Apwide’s future success.
We are seeking a passionate and experienced Account & Partner Manager with a strong background and network within the Atlassian ecosystem. This role entails developing and cultivating relationships with key accounts and strategic partners to broaden our reach and provide exceptional value to our clients.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and Implement Account Strategies: Establish and execute strategies to manage key accounts, with a focus on customer satisfaction, retention, and growth. Use your experience to introduce new approaches and continuously improve processes.
- Lead Strategic Partnerships: Identify, onboard, and nurture partnerships that expand Apwide’s reach. Bring fresh ideas to strengthen our partner ecosystem and explore new business opportunities.
- Ensure Customer Success with Golive: Actively engage with customers, ensuring they fully understand and leverage Golive’s capabilities to maximize their success.
- Monitor and Report on Performance: Track key metrics related to account and partner performance, and provide regular reports and insights during our monthly meetings.
Qualifications
- Experience in the Atlassian Ecosystem: Proven experience in account and/or partner management, working for an Atlassian Marketplace Partner, with a deep understanding of Atlassian tools and solutions.
- Established Network: A robust network of contacts within the Atlassian ecosystem, with the ability to leverage relationships to drive business growth.
- Strong Communication and Relationship-Building Skills: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to foster and maintain strong relationships with customers and partners.
- Customer-Centric Approach: A passion for customer success, with the ability to ensure clients maximize the value of our Golive App.
