Key Responsibilities

• Take charge of client relationships, ensuring exceptional accountability and a proactive approach to client experience.
• Collaborate with strategists and subject matter experts to define project vision and oversee execution as the project leader.
• Serve as a trusted advisor for assigned client accounts, ensuring quality deliverables align with clients’ strategic goals.
• Foster relationships at various levels within client organizations, identifying opportunities for partnership growth alongside an Associate Director of Client Experience.
• Prepare for and engage in all significant milestone presentations throughout the project lifecycle.
• Manage diverse projects encompassing branding, enrollment marketing, and consultative services.
• Utilize project management tools to set, monitor, analyze, and refine project plans against key performance indicators.
• Facilitate project communications to keep both clients and internal teams informed and aligned.
• Conduct effective project meetings, ensuring clear agendas and actionable outcomes.
• Develop and uphold project timelines, manage deliverables, and ensure milestones are achieved.
• Strategically address changes to scope, budget, and timing, leading resolution efforts.

Qualifications
