The Opportunity: Account / Project Manager
In this hybrid role of Account and Project Management, you’ll play a crucial role in ensuring successful outcomes for our clients. Acting as both the project leader and primary client contact, you’ll build and maintain strong relationships with assigned clients while facilitating project workflows with our internal teams. You’ll report directly to the Director of Client Experience and work closely with the Director of Project Management, joining both teams in a highly collaborative environment.
What You’ll Be Doing
Account Management & Client Experience
Serve as the client relationship owner, taking accountability for the client’s experience and proactively addressing any concerns that may arise.
Establish project vision and partner with strategists and other experts to develop and execute effective strategies that meet clients’ goals.
Act as a trusted advisor and advocate for your clients, ensuring that all deliverables are of the highest quality and aligned with their business objectives.
Strengthen relationships with key client stakeholders, from day-to-day contacts to senior leadership, collaborating with the Associate Director of Client Experience to identify growth opportunities within each partnership.
Prepare for and participate in milestone presentations throughout the project lifecycle, sharing progress and celebrating wins.
Project Management
Lead a range of projects across our core services, including branding, enrollment marketing, CRM, and consultative support.
Utilize project management software (such as Scoro) to set up, track, and optimize project plans against KPIs like pacing and profitability.
Keep clients and internal teams updated with clear, consistent communication and effective project meetings.
Develop and manage project timelines, ensuring deliverables and milestones are met on schedule.
Secure resources, manage scope, and navigate changes in budget and timing as needed, always focusing on solutions and forward momentum.
Who You Are
You have a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Journalism, Communications, or a related field, or bring equivalent experience.
You’ve spent 3-5 years in Account Management or Project Management roles.
Exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and follow-through are some of your greatest strengths.
You excel in both written and verbal communication and have a natural ability to build rapport and foster collaboration.
You’re business-minded and skilled at balancing company and client needs.
