Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Account Sales Manager with extensive experience in Technology & Content Services and solutions sales within the publishing sector. The successful candidate will be responsible for nurturing key client relationships, driving revenue growth, and ensuring customer satisfaction. This role requires a strategic thinker who can work independently, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and provide tailored publishing solutions.
Key Responsibilities: Client Relationship Management:
Establish and sustain strong relationships with key clients in the publishing industry. Understand their needs, and deliver tailored solutions to enhance satisfaction and foster loyalty.

Sales Strategy Development:
Design and implement effective sales strategies to meet revenue targets and expand the client base. Analyze industry trends and identify new business opportunities.

Sales Presentations:
Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations, highlighting our Technology & Content Services solutions and articulating the value proposition.

Collaboration:
Partner with internal teams (marketing, product development, customer support) to ensure a seamless client experience and alignment with customer expectations.

Client Visits:
Travel as needed across the U.S. to meet clients, strengthen relationships, and gather feedback to improve service offerings.

Reporting and Forecasting:
Maintain accurate sales activity records, track client interactions, and manage the sales pipeline. Provide regular sales forecasts and updates to senior leadership.

Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Science, or a related field.
8+ years of experience in Technology & Content Services and solutions sales within the publishing industry.
Experience working in organizations with a global delivery model is useful.
Demonstrated track record of consistently meeting and exceeding sales quotas.
Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
Deep understanding of the publishing industry, including trends, challenges, and market opportunities.
Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities independently.
Willingness to travel domestically and internationally as needed.
