Key Responsibilities
- Lead the execution and management of intricate projects, ensuring timely completion and adherence to budget constraints.
- Engage collaboratively with government staff and stakeholders to meet project objectives and cultivate robust relationships.
- Deliver expert technical guidance and strategic planning to guarantee project alignment with established goals.
- Oversee project performance through vigilant monitoring, prompt issue resolution, and identification of process enhancement opportunities.
- Ensure adherence to relevant policies, regulations, and contractual commitments.
- Serve as the principal contact for addressing government inquiries and delivering timely updates.
- Recognize and mitigate risks, alerting stakeholders to any contractual or programmatic challenges.

Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree with at least 24 semester hours in business-related coursework from an accredited institution, or a minimum of 10 years of federal contract specialist experience in lieu of a degree.
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in conducting quality management activities for government acquisitions; 5+ years in the development of acquisition policies and guidance.
- Certifications: One or more of the following certifications is required: DAWIA Level III, FAC-C Level III, NCMA Certified Federal Contract Manager (CFCM), or NCMA Certified Professional Contract Manager (CPCM).
