Sales Activation Manager
Expanding provider of SaaS software catering to the health insurance industry seeks a remote Sales Activation Manager to assist new customers with account activation as well as upsell and drive business growth. In this role, you will collaborate with various departments to enhance each customers’ experience by providing the necessary tools and instruction to streamline their processes.

To qualify for the Sales Activation Manager opportunity, you must have a bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, growth management, or a related field, with at least three (3) years of account management or customer success work experience, preferably in SaaS or technology. Additionally, we require you to:
- Experience in Stop Loss or PBM Sales.
- Be proficient in CRM, customer engagement and customer growth tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Gainsight, Mixpanel, etc.)
- Have a proven track record of driving customer activation while improving time-to-value tradeoffs.
Your responsibilities as an Sales Activation Manager will include driving customer engagement and satisfaction by providing product training and assistance, designing and implementing strategies that accelerate user activation while minimizing the time is takes for customers to realize product value. You’ll be expected to work with the sales, marketing, product, and customer success teams to align customers’ needs to cohesive activation processes. You will also:
- Boost product sales by engaging with customers and detecting opportunities to upsell and cross-sell, contributing to revenue growth.
- Collect customer feedback and communicating any concerns to the product and development teams.
- Implement automation tools and self-service options that streamline the activation process, allowing for rapid scaling as the customer base grows.
