Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Administrative & Marketing Coordinator to join our team, to manage day to day operations of a busy Occupational Therapy Clinic, as well as assist the Owner with Marketing efforts for new projects.
The ideal candidate:
– Has previous experience working remotely
– Lives on Vancouver Island OR in a Rural town in BC
– Has a background in Psychology (Bachelor’s Degree, Diploma, Relevant Work Experience)
– Has experience working in the Medical Field or at a Private Practice Clinic (Medical Office Assistant, Receptionist at a Clinic) or has experience working in the Mental Health sector
– Is proficient in Google Suite, Jane App Clinic Management Software, Meta Business Suite, and Quickbooks Online.
This role is meant for someone who enjoys working INDEPENDENTLY and taking on tasks to completion with little supervision. The ideal candidate is a support person/ right hand woman/man to the Owner of Mindful Mountains, and is flexible with the tasks that may be requested. In this position, there is a lot of potential for growth and learning, so we are looking for someone who wants to grow in this position, and enjoys a dynamic work environment. This position is mostly remote-based, but we’re looking for someone that is based on Vancouver Island ideally, for occasional in-person sessions with the Owner and our Team of Occupational Therapists.
Responsibilities
- Administration of Bookkeeping, Payroll, and Insurance Billing
- Client Care Coordination: Manage Clinic’s initial points of contact and delegate inquiries to necessary practitioners
- Assist practitioners with Administrative needs
- Assist with implementing Marketing initiatives through website, social media, paid ads, and monthly newsletter
