Adobe Experience Consultant With User Design Expertise (Remote)

We are seeking a highly skilled Remote Adobe Experience Consultant to join our dynamic team, where you will play a pivotal role as a senior product leader with a focus on the Adobe Experience Cloud. Your expertise will drive the optimization of user design and enhance customer engagement through data-driven insights.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead initiatives concerning the Adobe Experience Cloud, ensuring robust integration and functionality.
• Collaborate closely with project stakeholders to define and refine technical requirements and solutions.
• Oversee the execution of tests, analyzing outcomes to extract valuable consumer insights that inform future strategies and feature enhancements.
• Integrate Adobe Target into AEM solutions, ensuring their seamless maintenance in a production environment.
• Utilize front-end user interface technologies to identify capability gaps and recommend enhancements for the platform.
• Analyze extensive data sets to understand digital client journeys and customer profiles, making informed recommendations to increase the effectiveness of our digital channels.
• Capture critical information through each customer interaction to foster value creation and business growth.
• Enhance Media & Digital Analytics through a disciplined Test & Learn methodology, customizing experiences based on audience insights.
• Partner with various stakeholders to identify and expand data-driven opportunities that influence business decisions.
• Design and conduct large-scale experiments to validate hypotheses and propel business advancement.

Required Skills

• 10 years of experience in User Design.
• Proficiency in Adobe Experience Platforms, including Target, Customer Journey Analytics, Audience Manager, and Real Time Customer Data Platform.
• Strong technical acumen along with a solid understanding of internet technologies.
• Experience in Web Application Development and System Design.
• Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite and Sketch.
• Background in Design Research preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in a related field is required.
• A minimum of 6 years of experience in User Design is essential, with a preference for candidates with a background in the financial services sector.
