We invite you to join our esteemed organization as an Account Manager in the Metallization Chemistry Sales division within our Interconnect Solutions Advanced Circuit & Packaging business unit. This role is pivotal in delivering innovative materials for printed circuit boards and semiconductor packaging, thereby enhancing the functionality and connectivity of electronic devices. Core Responsibilities
- Collaborate with clients to understand their material requirements and advocate for our state-of-the-art products.
- Propel financial success by expanding key accounts and fostering a robust customer base to meet defined business objectives.
- Formulate and implement strategic initiatives aimed at bolstering customer engagement and facilitating business expansion.
- Cultivate and sustain strong relationships with clients at all levels within their organizations.
- Collect and assess customer insights and market dynamics to guide strategic business decisions.
- Document technical roadmaps and customer requirements to assist internal teams in developing tailored solutions.
- Proactively identify and cultivate new business opportunities, ensuring seamless transition to high-volume production.
- Oversee customer consumption and inventory metrics to optimize business management and achieve revenue goals.
- Deliver articulate presentations and effectively convey essential messages to stakeholders.
- Partner with internal teams to ensure exceptional service delivery and address any issues to maintain trust with clients.

- Willingness to travel 30-50% within the United States.
- Proficiency in English with strong communication capabilities.
