We are pleased to announce an opportunity for a full-time Financial Aid Advisor to join our esteemed organization, located in the picturesque Saratoga Springs, NY. In this pivotal role, you will guide students through their financial aid experience, ensuring they receive the support necessary to manage their educational expenses effectively.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the financial aid process by evaluating, processing, and administering applications for federal, state, and institutional financial aid.
- Provide comprehensive counseling to students regarding financial aid options and assist in creating and managing their expense budgets.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of financial aid regulations and best practices to guarantee efficient and accurate service delivery.
Required Skills
- Proficient in various computer applications and a quick learner of emerging technologies.
- Exceptional organizational capabilities with a strong ability to prioritize, meet deadlines, and manage multiple tasks in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications
- A Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution is required.
- Familiarity with Banner or similar higher education student systems is preferred.
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in the financial aid sector is desirable.
- Ability to interpret and apply complex regulations to varied situations.
