We’re looking for a creative and driven Affiliate Partnerships Marketing Manager to grow and enhance our affiliate program. In this role, you’ll find, develop, and manage partnerships that bring Aftershoot’s vision to a broader audience and help drive growth. You’ll be working with creators, websites, and brands in the photography and creative spaces to build successful, mutually beneficial relationships.

What You Will Do:

• Develop New Partnerships – Identify and reach out to potential affiliate partners; set up agreements that benefit both Aftershoot and our partners.
• Relationship Management – Build and maintain strong connections with affiliates, providing them with support, resources, and insights to help them succeed.
• Campaign Strategy – Create and launch campaigns to activate and grow affiliate engagement, including seasonal promos and exclusive offers.
• Performance Tracking – Monitor affiliate activities and key metrics; analyze results and create reports with actionable recommendations.
• Content & Resource Support – Work with our marketing and creative teams to make sure affiliates have fresh, high-quality content and assets.
• Stay Updated – Keep up with trends in affiliate marketing to keep Aftershoot’s program competitive and effective.
• Collaborate Across Teams – Align affiliate initiatives with our larger company goals, like product launches, seasonal campaigns, and market expansion.

What We Are Looking For:

• Experience – 3+ years managing affiliate programs, with knowledge of affiliate marketing tools and platforms.
• Data-Driven – Comfortable analyzing performance metrics (like CPC, CPA, CTR) to drive results.
• Strong Communication – Excellent at building and managing relationships; can clearly present partnership ideas.
• Multi-Tasking Skills – Able to handle multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Industry Knowledge – Familiarity with photography or creative industries is a plus, along with a passion for digital marketing.
• English – Excellent English skills to communicate with our global audience.
