    • Manage the Entire Affiliate Program – Own end-to-end strategy, execution, and success metrics (primary KPI: total affiliate revenue).
    • Earn 5% of Affiliate Revenue – In addition to a competitive base salary, share in the program’s success by earning 5% of total affiliate revenue monthly (for instance, 5% of $1M equals a $50k bonus).
    • Established Program with 100+ Existing Affiliates – Step into a live, revenue-generating program and help it scale exponentially.

With an active and expanding affiliate program already in place, we are looking for a dedicated, results-driven Affiliate Success Manager to help us scale our partner community and drive massive revenue growth.

    Target Affiliates

    We focus on partnering with guerrilla digital marketers, content writers, Twitter page owners, niche bloggers, subreddit communities, influencers, and listing websites looking to promote a unique, high-converting AI solution.

    Role & Responsibilities

    1. Affiliate Program Ownership
    • Develop and refine goals and KPIs around the main metric: total affiliate revenue.
    • Collaborate with the founding team to set monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
    • Maintain oversight of day-to-day program operations using FirstPromoter.
    1. Recruitment & Onboarding
    • Identify and actively recruit new affiliates across social media, communities, and relevant networks.
    • Onboard affiliates seamlessly, providing training materials, best practices, and clear goals.
    1. Relationship Management & Retention
    • Act as the primary point of contact for 100+ active affiliates, nurturing long-term relationships.
    • Coordinate with internal design, video editing, and marketing teams to supply high-converting promotional materials.
    • Negotiate special deals or VIP terms in collaboration with the founding team.
    1. Performance Analysis & Growth
    • Monitor affiliate performance (e.g., conversions, sales, revenue) to identify top performers and opportunities for improvement.
    • Provide affiliates with data-driven insights, suggestions for optimization, and strategic feedback.
    • Ensure transparent, timely communication of payouts, program updates, and promotional opportunities.
    1. Strategic Collaboration
    • Report directly to the CEO, presenting progress, wins, and strategic plans.
    • Work in tandem with the founding team to ensure consistent brand messaging and seamless affiliate experiences.

    Key Metrics

    • Primary KPI: Total Affiliate Revenue (tracked monthly and quarterly).
    • Program Growth: Expand both the number of affiliates and the overall revenue generated.

    Tools & Support

    • Affiliate Tracking: FirstPromoter platform (fully integrated with existing systems; payouts handled by founding team).
    • Creative & Technical: Access to an in-house video editing and design team for producing custom promotional assets.

    Compensation & Benefits

    • Base Salary: INR 80,000/month (approx. $1,000 USD), with potential negotiation for exceptional candidates.
    • Performance Bonus: 5% of total affiliate revenue, disbursed monthly.
    • Fully Remote: Choose your own 8-hour schedule Monday to Friday.

    • Relationship-Building Skills: Ability to maintain positive, productive relationships with a diverse range of affiliates, from niche bloggers to large-scale media partners.
    • Negotiation & Communication: Confident in negotiating contracts, exclusive deals, and handling day-to-day communications.
    • Autonomous & Entrepreneurial: Thrives in a startup environment with minimal oversight, eager to seize opportunities and tackle challenges.
