Key Responsibilities
- Cultivate relationships with 30-40 designated dealerships, providing proactive support and consulting to enhance their fixed operations and profitability.
- Collaborate closely with dealer operators and management teams, utilizing various communication tools (phone, text, email, screen share, etc.) to assess and meet their sales, retention, and revenue needs.
- Prepare comprehensively for each remote dealership engagement by reviewing reports, identifying priorities, and creating a structured agenda for discussions.
- Consult with dealerships on strategies to improve customer retention, address fixed operations challenges, and optimize the Part and Service Excellence (PASE) program.
- Evaluate and enhance processes related to parts inventory management and service customer experience, contributing to increased loyalty and operational efficiency.
- Address warranty and customer-related challenges by collaborating with relevant teams and ensuring compliance with company policies.
- Utilize customer data and insights to drive improvements in customer satisfaction (CSI) performance and other key retention metrics.
- Collaborate with the digital district manager and other colleagues to analyze marketing and merchandising strategies in alignment with brand direction and market dynamics.
- Stay informed about industry trends and adjust strategies accordingly to meet evolving customer expectations.
- Set measurable goals, manage your time efficiently, and act as a trusted advisor to dealerships, contributing to the overall success of the district.
- Travel as required, including overnight stays, and undertake special projects aimed at supporting business growth.
Required Skills
- Strong communication and customer service capabilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with performance tracking and reporting.
- Problem-solving aptitude paired with adaptability to dynamic situations.
- Self-motivated individual with the ability to manage multiple priorities and maintain a positive outlook in a fast-paced setting.
- Commitment to fostering customer relationships and delivering effective solutions.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree preferred, or a minimum of an Associate’s degree.
- Previous experience in automotive sales or service is advantageous but not mandatory.
