Aftersales Manager (Remote)

Job description / Role

Kinetic is working with a leading Electrical Manufacturing company who are hiring a Aftersales Manager to be based in Dubai .

The main responsibilities will include but not limited to:
– Lead and manage a service team.
– Oversee the installation, commissioning, and servicing of electrical equipment.
– Develop and implement aftersales strategies and policies to drive business growth.
– Ensure compliance with all safety and regulatory requirements.
– Perform other duties as assigned.

– Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering . Master’s degree is a plus.
– Minimum 5 years of professional experience in electrical engineering.
– Solid experience in UPS and Data Centers.
– Willingness to travel within the average region.
– Fluent in English and Arabic. French is a plus.
– Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle challenging situations.
